Tally Wild Acceptable Use and Flight Compliance Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
You are responsible for every flight behind the files you upload and for how you use every report. This policy is part of the Tally Wild Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or closing of your account without a refund.
1. Fly legally
Follow all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules that apply to you, including holding a Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107 for any flight that falls outside the FAA's limited recreational exception (for example, a flight for pay or for a business), registering your drone, Remote ID, airspace authorizations, operations over people, night operations rules, and keeping the drone in visual line of sight unless a waiver allows otherwise.
Follow state and local drone laws, including laws on privacy, trespass and critical infrastructure.
Keep any insurance your customers or the law require.
2. Get permission
Get the landowner's or land manager's permission before flying over or launching from private property, and before uploading data about it. The Pilot–Landowner template in Tally Wild can help.
Training photo sharing is on for new accounts unless you turn it off, and accounts created before October 20, 2026 keep it off unless the account holder turns it on. While it is on, make sure the landowner agrees to their wildlife photos being shared without location or names (your service agreement can cover this), and turn sharing off for any job where they do not.
Do not upload data from property you flew without permission.
Respect the boundaries of neighboring property. Animals seen across a property line are recorded only as seen from lawful airspace.
3. Follow wildlife and hunting laws
Many states make it illegal to use a drone to hunt, to locate or herd animals for hunting, or to harass wildlife, and some limit drone use during hunting seasons. Know and follow federal law, the rules of your state wildlife agency and any other state you fly in.
Do not use the Service or its reports to locate, chase, drive or take game where the law does not allow it, or to help anyone else do so.
Where deer recovery with a drone is allowed, follow the state's conditions (for example, any rules on when and how a downed animal may be located).
Do not fly in a way that harasses, chases or stresses animals.
4. Uploads that are not allowed
Images or video meant to watch, identify or follow people, or that show people in private places.
Files you do not have the right to use.
Anything illegal, threatening or harassing.
Viruses, malware, or files built to break or overload the Service.
5. Uses of the Service that are not allowed
Sharing your login, or opening extra accounts or free trials to get around limits.
Reselling access, or putting the Service inside another product.
Scraping, copying or reverse engineering the Service.
Testing or probing the Service's security without our written permission.
Using automated or AI-driven browsers, bots or agents to sign in to or operate the Service, unless we allow it in writing. Screen readers and other tools that help users with disabilities are allowed.
Presenting a report as a land survey, an official wildlife agency count, or a guarantee of what is on the property.
Passing along AI check suggestions as final answers without reviewing them.
6. Reports you give to others
Make sure your customer understands that counts, ages, ratios and recommendations (including any AI check suggestions) are estimates from one flight.
Keep the disclaimer and the small "Report made with Tally Wild™" line printed on each report. Do not remove or change them.
Only share report links with people your customer approves.
7. Reporting a problem
To report misuse or a security issue, email support@tallywild.com. Send legal notices and privacy requests to contact@skyzthelimitllc.com. We may remove content, suspend accounts, remove Find a Pilot listings, and cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
